【Kyoto One-Stroke Dragon Artist / Keisuke Teshima】Drawn to dragons since childhood, he has continued to create dragon art. Influenced by 14 years of karate, which he practiced from age 6, and learning the spirit of Japan’s martial arts, he encountered the traditional 'One-Stroke Dragon' and was deeply impressed by its technique and history, feeling it was his destiny. He mastered the technique through self-study.He preserves the tradition of the Edo-period 'One-Stroke Dragon' while pursuing it with the spirit of 【Shuhari】 (learning, detachment, mastery).He is one of only three known One-Stroke Dragon artists in Japan.Originally from Fukuoka Prefecture, he now resides in Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto, where his atelier is located—guided by various serendipitous and inevitable connections, as if led by the dragon gods themselves.
