**About the Kyoto Ippitsu Ryu Artist / Keisuke Teshima:**Since childhood, fascinated by dragons, he has continued to draw dragon images.- Influenced by 14 years of karate, where he learned the spirit of traditional Japanese martial arts, he encountered the ancient "Ippitsu Ryu" and was deeply impressed by its technique and history, feeling it was his destiny.- He mastered the technique through self-study, respecting the tradition of the Ippitsu Ryu that has been passed down since the Edo period.- He pursues dragons with the spirit of "Shuhari" (learning, detaching, and transcending).- One of only three Ippitsu Ryu artists believed to exist in Japan.- Originally from Fukuoka Prefecture, he was guided by fortunate and inevitable encounters to establish his atelier in Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto, a city with a 1,000-year history of dragon deities.
