**Printing / Factory Details:**- Printed at a T-shirt printing factory in Fukui Prefecture, which owns multiple in-house facilities.- Approximate annual production: 800,000 shirts
**Finishing and Logistics:**- Final setup, inspection, packaging, domestic and international logistics managed by Kyoto Ippitsu Ryu Office and our own factory in Higashi-Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture.- Depending on quantity, some processes may be handled by partner companies.
**Transfer (DTF) Printing:**- Prints are made on special film and heat-pressed onto fabric using a commercial press.- No need for plate creation; unlimited color options; suitable for printing on fabrics other than cotton.- Capable of full-color designs and photographs with vibrant, sharp, and vivid results.- **Note:** Possible deterioration over time and with repeated washing, leading to peeling of the print.
**Caution Points:**- Dark-colored garments use pre-treatment agents during printing, which may leave stain-like marks on the treated areas. These marks are present upon delivery but will fade after several washes.- Drying with the print face pressed against other surfaces may cause peeling. After washing in a machine, promptly separate the print surfaces.- Washing inside out by hand preserves color better. When using a washing machine, place the shirt in a laundry net.- Avoid bleach, dry cleaning, ironing, and tumble drying as much as possible.- Some garments may experience color fading after the first wash; it is recommended to wash separately from other clothes initially.
