The TCB Jeans 50's JeanJacket has been redesigned.
It has been upgraded from the slim silhouette of the previous model to a more relaxed fit.
This is a second-type denim jacket crafted with meticulous attention to detail, from fabric to sewing and silhouette.

It is based on the paper patch of the vintage Levi's 507XX (2nd Type) owned by TCB.
With the renewal of the 50's Jacket, production of the old type has been discontinued.
Both the new relaxed fit and the slim old type offer their own unique appeal.

The fabric is made from Zimbabwean cotton.
Zimbabwean cotton is renowned for being among the highest quality in the world within brand varieties, and is so fine that it is used for dress shirts in Europe.
Since it is harvested by hand without machinery, it is almost pesticide-free.
It has fewer damages and impurities during harvest, superior whiteness, high fiber uniformity, and is full of luster and softness.
Using this Zimbabwean cotton, yarn is spun with traditional spinning machines to produce the fabric.
This denim fabric is crafted with a focus on quality from the raw material.

The fabric used is approximately 13.5 oz (based on a 6×6 class warp and weft, roughly 6 threads per inch; note that the "class" and "roughly" indicate that because of the slub yarn, the weight and thickness are not perfectly uniform).
It is produced not by modern computerized forced methods, but by traditional spinning machine adjustments.
The characteristic "Ateri" (fading pattern) features a thick, short fall, which naturally connects into lines, showcasing the best vertical fall.
