The TCB Jeans 50's JeanJacket has been redesigned.
It has been upgraded from the slim silhouette of the previous model to a more relaxed fit.
This is a second-type denim jacket crafted with meticulous attention to detail, from fabric to sewing and silhouette.

It is based on the paper patch of the vintage Levi's 507XX (Second Type) owned by TCB.
With the renewal of the 50's Jacket, production of the old type has been discontinued.
Both the new relaxed fit and the slim old type offer their own unique appeal.

The fabric is Zimbabwe cotton.
Zimbabwe cotton is renowned for being among the highest quality in the world within brand varieties, and is so fine that it is used for dress shirts in Europe.
Since it is harvested by hand without machinery, it is almost pesticide-free.
It has fewer damages and impurities during harvest, boasts high whiteness, high fiber uniformity, and is rich in luster and softness.
Using Zimbabwe cotton, the fabric is made with traditional spinning machines to produce yarn.
This denim fabric is crafted with particular care from the raw material.

The fabric used is approximately 13.5 oz (based on a 6×6 class warp and weft, though "class" and "approximate" are used because of the slub yarn, which makes the weight and thickness variable).
It is produced not by forced computer-controlled methods but through traditional spinning machine adjustments.
The characteristic "Ari" (fading) has a thick, short fall, which naturally connects into lines, showcasing the best vertical fall.

It features pleats and chest pockets, characteristic of the second type of denim jacket.
The jacket is finished in a vintage-inspired style typical of TCB Jeans, with timeless appeal.

Great care has been taken in the sewing of this part.

A major feature of the 50's JeansJacket, the front pleats are sewn to replicate vintage styles, using a "Square Stitch Sewing Machine" from start to finish.

The chest pockets are sewn with double-needle stitching.
They feature a distinctive "onigiri" (rice ball)-shaped stitch at the corners.
This stitching follows vintage techniques.
The pocket flaps are sewn without cutting the thread from the pocket seam, maintaining authenticity.
The bar tacks on the front pockets are also based on vintage standards, with adjusted thickness and width, positioned identically to vintage styles.
Every detail is carefully reproduced.

The side construction varies depending on size.
Sizes 38 and below use a single stitch.
Sizes 40 and above use an additional piece of fabric, resulting in two stitches.
This variation in sewing method by size is a characteristic of a factory brand.

An adjuster is attached to the side, a classic detail of the second type that follows vintage design.
It allows for adjustment of about one button's width.

The buttons are original, modeled after vintage styles, engraved with the "TWO CAT BRAND" logo.
They are made of iron, allowing for a pleasing patina with use over time.

There is one button at the cuff, making it easy to roll up sleeves.
The rivets on the sleeves are copper, durable, and develop a patina over time.

The jacket features extensive use of chain stitching.
The armholes are sewn with chain stitches, which is a challenging part of the manufacturing process and considered a key point.

The belt and cuffs are sewn with chain stitches all the way to the belt tip, using Union Special machines, reproducing vintage construction without intermediate sewing.
