The TCB Jeans 50's JeanJacket has been redesigned.
It has been upgraded from the previous slim silhouette model to a more relaxed fit.
This is a second-type denim jacket crafted with meticulous attention to detail, from fabric to sewing and silhouette.

It is based on the paper patch of the vintage Levi's 507XX (2nd Type) owned by TCB.
With the renewal of the 50's Jacket, production of the old type has been discontinued.
Both the new relaxed fit and the slim old type offer their own unique appeal.

**Material:**
Made from Zimbabwe Cotton.
Zimbabwe Cotton is renowned as one of the highest quality brand varieties, used even for dress shirts in Europe.
Harvested by hand without machinery, making it nearly pesticide-free.
It has fewer damages and impurities during harvest, superior whiteness, high fiber uniformity, and a glossy, soft texture.
Using Zimbabwe Cotton, yarn is spun with traditional spinning machines to produce the fabric.
This denim fabric is crafted with particular care from the raw material.

**Fabric Specifications:**
The fabric used is approximately 13.5 oz (based on a 6×6 class warp and weft, roughly 6 threads per inch—note that due to the slub yarn, the weight and thickness are not perfectly uniform).
It is produced not by modern computer-controlled methods but by traditional spinning machine adjustments.
The characteristic "Ateri" (fading pattern) features a thick, short fall, which naturally connects into lines, showcasing the best vertical fall when it occurs.

**Design:**
Inspired by vintage denim jackets from the 1950s.
It is a Type 2 denim jacket with pleats and chest pockets.
Designed to follow TCB Jeans' vintage aesthetic, resulting in a timeless jacket unaffected by trends.

**Features:**
- The front features pleats, a characteristic of the 2nd type.
- The sewing of the pleats is done with great attention to detail.

**Front Details:**
- The pleats are recreated based on vintage models, sewn from start to finish with a "Square Stitch Sewing Machine."

- The chest pockets are sewn with double-needle stitching.
- The corners feature a distinctive "rice ball" stitch.
- The stitching follows vintage standards, with the pocket flap sewn without cutting the thread from the pocket seam.
- The bar tacks on the front pockets are adjusted in thickness and width to match vintage styles and are positioned identically.

**Side Construction:**
- The construction varies depending on size.
- Sizes 38 and below use a single stitch.
- Sizes 40 and above have an additional piece of fabric, resulting in two stitches.
- The variation in sewing techniques according to size is a hallmark of a genuine factory brand.

**Adjuster:**
- Located on the side, a classic feature of the Type 2 jacket, inspired by vintage designs.
- Allows adjustment by approximately one button's width.

**Buttons:**
- Made from original buttons modeled after vintage designs, engraved with "TWO CAT BRAND."
- Made of iron, developing a patina over time with use.

**Cuffs:**
- Equipped with a single button for easy rolling up.
