**Kyoto One-Stroke Dragon Artist / Keisuke Teshima:**Fascinated by dragons since childhood, he has continued to draw dragon images. Influenced by 14 years of practicing karate from age 6, where he learned the spirit of traditional Japanese martial arts, he encountered the ancient 'One-Stroke Dragon' technique and was deeply impressed by its craftsmanship and history, feeling it was his destiny. He learned the technique through self-study.He preserves the tradition of the Edo-period 'One-Stroke Dragon' while pursuing mastery with the spirit of 'Shuhari' (learning, detachment, mastery).He is one of only three known 'One-Stroke Dragon' artists in Japan.Originally from Fukuoka Prefecture, he now resides in Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto, where his atelier is located—guided by various serendipitous and inevitable connections, as if led by the dragon gods themselves.
