◆ How to wear and care instructions
1. Check the size label and place your foot on the supporter as shown below.
2. Align the Solbo pad with the position below. Confirm the widest part of the big toe and little toe, and find the indentation when bending the toes. Match the Solbo pad to this position.
3. Fit the supporter so that it wraps from underneath the arch. Secure the pad in place, first at the toe side, then at the ankle side, adjusting for a snug fit.
4. Finally, smooth out wrinkles and ensure there is no shifting. Be careful not to tighten too much.
