1. Check the size label and place your foot on the supporter as shown below.
2. Align the Solvo pad with the position where the widest part of the big toe and little toe is, and confirm the indentation when bending your toes. Match the Solvo pad to this position.
3. Fit the supporter so that it wraps from underneath the arch. Secure the pad in place from the toe side to the ankle side, adjusting for a snug fit.
