Under the guidance of Professor Hirasawa from Osaka City University, an expert in biology, we focus on producing safe and secure carrots that contribute to human health. 2.We use the whole carrot, including the peel, for maximum dietary fiber!
Our juice is made from whole carrots grown without pesticides. The smoothie-like crunchy texture comes from the high content of dietary fiber. 3.Blended with Rice Malt
Our carrot juice is blended with rice malt selected by Masako Kawasaki, a culinary instructor at the University of Fermented Foods. Rice malt is rich in digestive enzymes. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond just farming practices. The harvested carrot leaves are recycled in-house, turned into compost, and then used again in our carrot fields.
