This product is a set of stands for Soto sect Buddhist images.
Compared to traditional hanging scrolls, these can be displayed more neatly, making them recommended for modern and simple Buddhist altars.

Jōyō Daishi (right) refers to Zen Master Dōgen, the founder of Eihei-ji Temple of the Soto sect, and is enshrined on the upper level of the Buddhist altar, to the right when facing it.
Jōsai Daishi (left) refers to Zen Master Keizan, the founder of Sōji-ji Temple of the Soto sect, and is enshrined on the upper level of the Buddhist altar, to the left when facing it.

The "Stand Hanging Scroll Rinne" is a set product consisting of a wooden stand frame, a hanging scroll, and an acrylic protective cover for the hanging scroll.
By using the hanging scroll within the frame, warping and bending, which can easily occur with paper hanging scrolls, are not a concern.
By placing the acrylic plate in front of the hanging scroll for protection, maintenance is also easy.

The stand frame is available in two colors: Wall and Light.
You can choose your preferred color to match the color of your Buddhist altar.
We recommend choosing a color that is close to the color of your Buddhist altar, or one that creates a contrast with it.

The acacia wood used for the Wall color is characterized by its deep hue and is a popular wood often used for furniture and wooden tableware.
The ash wood used for the Light color is characterized by its distinct and beautiful grain, and is a precious wood also used for high-end furniture.
