The front features a button fly.The buttons are original urea buttons, referencing vintage designs.Urea buttons are a material used before the development of plastics.These are original buttons with a thread groove.To reproduce the vintage atmosphere, the buttons are hand-sewn.
The front pockets are sewn with 1/8 inch gauge double stitching.They will fade nicely with wear.
The back pockets are patch pockets.The pocket openings are sewn with a double chain stitch.Even the fine details have been reproduced.
Above the right back pocket, "TCB" and the size are stenciled.Each stencil is applied by hand.
The belt loops are sewn in the traditional "banzai" style.This is a time-consuming construction that follows vintage examples.It results in unique belt loops.
