With the concept of "FOUND" and "REPRODUCTION," REPRODUCTION OF FOUND develops items that are timeless and universal, focusing on military items and reproducing them in a modern way. These sneakers are based on the German Trainer, which was particularly popular among military sneakers and used by the German army as a training shoe in the 1980s. The production is also entrusted to a factory in Slovakia that actually produced military shoes, and each pair is handmade.
The upper is mainly made of genuine leather with a textured grain, but suede is also combined towards the toe. The contrast between the two types of leather, though in similar colors, creates a sophisticated accent. Furthermore, the insoles are luxuriously made of pig leather and printed with the design source model, country, and year. The outsole is a slightly thick, retro gum sole, characteristic of training shoes, adding contrast to the upper. Despite being military shoes, the overall silhouette is sleek, creating a clean and elegant look without being rugged.
