くろめをさっと洗い、そのまま
（又はたっぷりの水で10分程戻し）
お椀に入れ、みそ汁を注ぎ、
かき混ぜてからお召し上がりください。
【醤油和え】
さっと洗ったくろめを戻し醤油と
ごまで和えてお召し上がりください。
ポン酢やドレッシング等もよく合います。
