○ HoneybushA calorie-free herb with a honey-like taste. Originating from South Africa, it is called one of the two major herbal teas alongside rooibos. Its flavor is slightly sweet, similar to rooibos tea. It contains plant hormones (isoflavones) that resemble female hormones, as well as iron and vitamins, and is sometimes called a "beauty hormone herb."
