- **Honeybush**A calorie-free herb with a honey-like taste. Originating from South Africa, it is called one of the two major herbal teas alongside rooibos. Its flavor is slightly sweet, similar to rooibos tea. It contains plant hormones (isoflavones) that resemble female hormones, as well as iron and vitamins, and is sometimes called a "beauty hormone" herb.
- **Mulberry**Known in Japan as桑茶 (kuwacha), it looks and tastes similar to green tea and is very easy to drink. We source high-quality, hand-harvested mulberries from Kumamoto Prefecture. Mulberry contains deoxynojirimycin (DNJ), which helps moderate post-meal blood sugar spikes and gently binds with sugar.
