(Ingredients, for 8 pieces)
200g glutinous rice flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 260cc water, about 200g red bean paste, potato starch as needed
(Method)
1. Put 200g glutinous rice flour and 2 tablespoons sugar into a heat-resistant bowl, gradually add 260cc water, and mix thoroughly.
2. Cover with plastic wrap, heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes, then mix with a wooden spatula moistened with water.
3. Without covering, heat for another 2 minutes and mix.
