【Kyoto Ichifudragon Artist / Keisuke Tejima】Since childhood, fascinated by dragons, he has continuously drawn dragon images. Influenced by 14 years of karate, which teaches the spirit of Japanese martial arts, he encountered the traditional 『Ichifudragon』 technique, deeply impressed by its history and method, and learned it self-taught, feeling it was his destiny. He preserves the tradition of Ichifudragon from the Edo period, pursuing it with the spirit of 【Shuhari】 (learning, detachment, mastery). He is one of only three Ichifudragon artists in Japan. Originally from Fukuoka Prefecture, through various coincidences and inevitable connections, he was guided to establish his atelier in Higashiyama, Kyoto, the ancient capital where dragons are believed to dwell.
