【Kyoto Ichifude Dragon Artist / Keisuke Tejima】Since childhood, he has been fascinated by dragons and has continuously drawn dragon images. Influenced by 14 years of practicing karate from age 6, where he learned the spirit of Japanese martial arts, he encountered the traditional 『Ichifude Dragon』 and was deeply impressed by its technique and history, feeling it was his destiny. He learned the technique self-taught, believing it was his divine mission. While preserving the tradition of the Ichifude Dragon passed down since the Edo period, he pursues the dragon with the spirit of 【Shuhari】 (a martial arts concept of learning, detachment, and mastery). He is one of only three Ichifude Dragon artists in Japan. Originally from Fukuoka Prefecture, through various coincidences and inevitable connections, he was guided to establish his studio in Higashiyama, Kyoto, the ancient capital where dragons are believed to dwell.
