【What is Ichifudragon?】As the name suggests, the Ichifudragon is a dragon drawn with wishes and prayers in a single continuous stroke using a brush, without breaking the body part, symbolizing:- Uninterrupted development and wealth- Endless good relationships and growth, connecting people- Continuous protection and safetySince the Edo period (1603–1868), it has been revered as a powerful guardian deity, believed to bring blessings and benefits, and has been faithfully passed down for approximately 400 years.

【Kyoto Ichifudragon Artist / Keisuke Tejima】Since childhood, he has been fascinated by dragons and has continuously drawn dragon images. Influenced by 14 years of practicing karate, where he learned the spirit of Japanese martial arts, he encountered the traditional 'Ichifudragon' technique, which deeply impressed him with its history and method. Believing it to be his destiny, he learned the technique through self-study. While preserving the tradition of Ichifudragon dating back to the Edo period, he pursues the art with the spirit of 'Shuhari' (learning, detachment, mastery). He is one of only three Ichifudragon artists in Japan. Originally from Fukuoka Prefecture, through various coincidences and inevitable connections, he was guided to establish his atelier in Higashiyama, Kyoto, the ancient capital where dragons are believed to dwell.
