Grey Goose from the Perigord region of Southern France
France is known as a symbol of gastronomy and a region for foie gras. The grey goose down used by DUVETICA is
made from the down feathers from the chest of precious grey geese, which are raised for the highest grade of foie gras.
The grey geese are raised healthily in spacious estates belonging to counts, free to roam and given plenty of natural nutrients such as apples and corn.
It is no exaggeration to say that this natural and traditional breeding method is what produces high-quality grey goose down.
