■ Hot
Pour freshly boiled water (approx. 240ml) into the pot and steep for 5-8 minutes. Pour into a pre-warmed cup. Pre-warming the teapot and steeping with a lid will enhance the aroma.
■ Iced
Pour freshly boiled water (approx. 120ml) into the pot and brew strongly.
Steep for 5-8 minutes, then pour into a glass filled with plenty of ice.
