What is Godron?
Godron is a secret bait specifically designed to target cunning sea bass that rise to the surface for mayfly hatch patterns but do not bite the lure, despite the surface activity.
Approximately ten years ago, it was produced in small quantities through hand-building only and was sold at select stores.
Due to the delicate assembly and material inconsistencies involved in production, it was difficult for individuals to manufacture large quantities.
This time, with the cooperation of PFJ Corporation, we have been able to mass-produce Godron without compromising quality.
For mayfly hatch patterns, simply cast upstream and across the current, then retrieve slowly to let the lure ride the flow—this is all you need!
For bait patterns such as shirauo or sayori, the key is to cast across and downstream, then retrieve in a way that mimics the flow being bitten.
