Compared to traditional hanging scrolls, it allows for a neat placement, making it recommended for modern or simple Buddhist altars.
The main image, Dainichi Nyorai, is enshrined in the central upper part of the altar.
Kobo Daishi (right) refers to the founder of the Shingon sect (Kukai), and is enshrined on the right side of the upper part of the altar when facing it.
Fudo Myo-o (left) is a Buddha working as a messenger of Dainichi Nyorai, and is enshrined on the left side of the upper part of the altar when facing it.
The "Stand Hanging Scroll Rinne" is a set product consisting of a wooden stand frame, a hanging scroll, and a protective acrylic sheet for the scroll.
By placing the hanging scroll in a frame, it prevents warping or bending that often occurs with paper scrolls.
Protecting the scroll with an acrylic sheet placed in front of it makes maintenance easy.
*The acrylic sheet comes with a protective film. Please peel it off before use.
The color of the stand frame is available in two colors: Wall color and Light color.
You can choose according to your preference to match the color of your Buddhist altar.
It is recommended to choose a color close to the altar's color or to create contrast with it.
The acacia wood used for the Wall color has a deep hue, and is a popular wood also used for furniture and wooden tableware.
The tamo wood used for the Light color features a clear, beautiful grain and is a valuable wood used in high-end furniture.
