It is the work of diorama artist Huang Feng Jan, who heads the Taiwanese model production company MR. BOX.
A vintage well pump. It bears the logo of the Taiwanese well pump brand.
The texture is expressed by painting, including the stone base.

Mr. Huang is a popular Taiwanese diorama artist who specializes in creating nostalgic scenes while using the latest technology such as 3D printers. He has delivered many custom-made dioramas for private stores filled with history and memories, as well as for public exhibition facilities such as museums and archives.
The works produced from such experience convey a great deal of genuine Taiwanese charm.
It is fascinating that Taiwan, with its close geography and culture, has many works with scenes that, from a Japanese point of view, do not seem somehow like strangers.
