G-SHOCK and Transformers, both born in Japan, have established an unshakeable position in the world after hitting the U.S. market.
The collaboration between the two heroes, which continues to attract many fans around the world, has come to fruition.In 2017, the two companies created an original character named "G3 Prime" based on the G-STEEL motif, and in 2018 released "Master Optimus Prime," a real product that resonantly merges with G-SHOCK.
This time, as a sequel, a new special robot was jointly developed with Takara Tomy. Along with a new storyline, the original character "Master Nemesis Prime" was created. Equipped with a complex transformation mechanism, the robot can transform into two forms: a humanoid mode with a G-SHOCK inside its body, and a pedestal mode where the G-SHOCK is beautifully displayed.
To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the birth of Transformers, the core G-SHOCK features the DW-5600, a masterpiece model that can be considered the origin of toughness watches. The watch is finished with special specifications unique to the collaboration, including an EL backlight with a floating emblem and a two-color molded band.
The G-SHOCK and Transformer have evolved over the ages, and now the two spirits have come together in a collaborative model that resonates with the spirit of both.
