DIY Matcha Frappuccino (for 2 people)
3tbsp of Matcha・200ml of Milk・3tbsp of Sugar
Toppings (Appropriate amount):
Orange・Pistachio・White Chocolate・Whipped Cream・Matcha
Instructions:
Dissolve matcha powder with hot water
Freeze 120ml milk and matcha in an ice maker (Keep the rest of the milk and matcha in the refrigerator)
Put frozen milk, cold milk and 1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar in a mixer and stir for 20 seconds.
Put frozen matcha, cold matcha and 1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar in a mixer and stir for 20 seconds.
Put ③ and ④ in a glass and decorate with your favorite topping.
