What is "Variable Pressure"?
A Zojirushi original cooking method that involves applying and releasing pressure. After applying pressure, it quickly releases it, creating large convection inside the pot, enabling cooking while pouring broth over the ingredients, achieving the convection effect of broth.
What is "Constant Pressure"?
Can also cook continuously at a steady pressure similar to conventional pressure cookers. Cooking at gentle 1.2 atmospheres pressure, potatoes and vegetables are less likely to fall apart, and seafood like shrimp that values texture will come out plump and firm.
