**Features**
Jikinin Nasal Congestion AG Granules exert excellent effects on allergic rhinitis and acute rhinitis symptoms caused by pollen, house dust, mites, etc., due to the action of the extract of belladonna, a medicinal herb, including belladonna alkaloid 20. It quickly relieves sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion.

**Do Not Do the Following**
1. Do not take this medication if you are:
(1) Someone who has had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.
(2) Someone with symptoms such as difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement.
(3) Someone diagnosed with: hypertension, heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes.
2. Do not use any other medications during this period, including:
- Other oral nasal congestion remedies, antihistamines, cold medicines, cough and sputum expectorants, motion sickness medicines, allergy medications, gastrointestinal analgesics, and antispasmodics.
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication.
(Symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal sensitivity to light may occur.)
4. Do not use for long-term continuous use.

**Consultation Before Use**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you are:
(1) Under medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.
(3) Breastfeeding.
(4) Elderly.
(5) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
(6) Have symptoms such as high fever, difficulty urinating, swelling.
(7) Diagnosed with glaucoma or kidney disease.
(8) Under treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (e.g., selegiline hydrochloride).
(Note: Monoamine oxidase inhibitors are sometimes used for Parkinson’s disease or epilepsy.)
(9) Have experienced insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremors, or palpitations caused by cold medicines, cough suppressants, nasal remedies, etc.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this package insert:

- Skin: Rash, redness, itching
- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
- Nervous system: Dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, headache, seizures
- Urinary system: Difficulty urinating
- Others: Flushing of face, abnormal sensitivity to light

Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur. Seek immediate medical attention if they do:

- **Shock (Anaphylaxis):**
Symptoms appear immediately after taking: skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.

- **Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis:**
High fever, widespread rash and redness, small pustules on red skin, persistent fatigue, loss of appetite, or rapid worsening.

- **Pseudoaldosteronism, Myopathy:**
Symptoms include limb weakness, numbness, stiffness, and gradually increasing muscle pain and weakness.

- **Aplastic Anemia:**
Symptoms include bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria.

- **Agranulocytosis:**
Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.

3. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, stop use and consult a healthcare professional:
- Dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, blurred vision.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.

**Efficacy and Effects**
Relieves symptoms caused by allergic rhinitis, acute rhinitis, or sinusitis:
- Sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, watery eyes, sore throat, heavy-headedness.

**Usage and Dosage**
Take the following amount at intervals of at least 4 hours:

**Precautions for Use**
(1) When giving to children, do so under the supervision of a guardian.
(2) Take with water or lukewarm water.
