Delguard is the latest mechanical pencil that solves common frustrations with mechanical pencils, such as 'core breakage' and 'lead jam' when using a mechanical pencil.
The newly developed Delguard system protects the core from all directions. In traditional mechanical pencils, when excessive pressure is applied to the tip, the support metal supporting the lead could break. This problem is solved by the Delguard system, so you can write quickly or heavily without breaking the lead. Therefore, you can write forever.
By installing a spacer to fill gaps, it prevents lead jams. In traditional mechanical pencils, external shocks such as drops could cause the lead to break or shift inside the mechanism, leading to jams. This problem is solved by the spacer, so jams no longer occur.
