純粋地下水を使い、昔ながらの手間を惜しまない伝統製法で丁寧に作りました。 無添加の玄米黒酢で、平成16年に改正された農林水産省告示の「醸造酢の日本農林規格」に適合させて、栄養成分、味わいなど改良した米黒酢です。
使用上の注意
●健康補助飲料として一日20~30mlを目安に、最初は少量よりご飲用ください。 ●水などでうすめてご飲用ください。 ●お好みにより蜂蜜などを少量加えると飲みやすくなります。 ●健康維持の為、日常のお料理に是非ご使用ください。
