Usage examples (for 1 person): seafood soup... 2 teaspoons of this product in 1 cup of water; Chinese porridge: 200g of rice, 1 cup of water, 2 teaspoons of this product.

Chinese-style seafood-flavored porridge for 4 servings
(1) Bring 1 tablespoon of【Shellfish Broth】to a boil in 2 cups of water.
(2) Wash 400g of rice with hot water to remove stickiness, and serve in a bowl.
(3) Pour the soup from (1) over (2), and add your preferred toppings.
*The porridge has a light flavor. Enhance the taste with toppings such as pickled mustard greens, herbs, century eggs, shredded green onions, XO sauce, etc.
Egg Soboro
(1) Beat 2 eggs and add 1 tablespoon of【Shellfish Broth】.
(2) Heat oil in a frying pan, add (1), and scramble while mixing with chopsticks 4-5 times to make soboro.
*Since【Shellfish Broth】contains seafood umami and salt, it is enough to season with just this.
Surprisingly Western! Clam Chowder for 4 servings
(1) Cut carrots, onions, and potatoes into 1cm cubes.
(2) Heat butter in a pot, sauté (1), then add 2 cups of water and 100g of shelled clams.
(3) Season with 4 tablespoons of【Shellfish Broth】.
(4) Add 2 cups of milk, bring to just before boiling, turn off the heat, and add parsley.
