The "Oripen" series, made with traditional textiles from all over Japan, has been realized through the cooperation of 25 weaving mills. These items allow you to easily enjoy the textiles of each region. To ensure wide usability, we offer two types: ballpoint pens and mechanical pencils.

■ About Kiryu-oriKiryu-ori, with a history of over 1000 years, is primarily produced in Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture, and is known as "Nishijin in the West, Kiryu in the East." It has long held a firm position in traditional Japanese clothing, particularly for high-ranking obi sashes and kimonos.
■ About the Weaving MillGunma Prefecture / Morihide Textile Co., Ltd.Founded in 1877. In addition to textile manufacturing, they also operate the textile museum "Murasaki" as part of their efforts to preserve the history of Kiryu textiles. Numerous materials and old tools are exhibited there.

■ Precautions- Due to the nature of using a portion of the textile fabric, the product may differ from the product photos.- The actual product color may differ from the product photos.
■ Usage Precautions- As it is a textile fabric, pilling and fraying may occur.- Colors may fade or transfer due to water or sweat.- If wet, please dry before use. Using it while wet can lead to fabric deterioration.- For ballpoint pens, replace the ink refill from the tip. When doing so, it is recommended to wrap the tip with something non-slip (such as silicone or a thimble with bumps) and twist.- When replacing the ink refill, try to keep your fingers holding the fabric as still as possible to avoid causing pilling or fraying.- For mechanical pencils, pull off the top knock part to refill the lead.- Please retract the lead after use.- Depending on usage, peeling may occur at the seam of the fabric.- Do not use for purposes other than writing or drawing.- The clip is a snap-fit type and may come off.- The printing on the clip may come off if rubbed or scratched.
