This is a hearty Bolognese sauce made with plenty of coarsely ground meat.
We use a generous amount of beef, which has a rich umami, and tender, juicy pork, so you can fully enjoy the meaty flavor.
The sauce is a blend of tomatoes and Pietro's original demi-glace sauce, simmered slowly, achieving an umami, richness, and depth that cannot be achieved with tomatoes alone.
Furthermore, we have balanced spices such as black pepper, which has been indispensable to "Yomeya Pietro's" Bolognese since its founding, to create a satisfying taste.

◆ Cooking Method / How to Serve ◆
[When heating in boiling water]
Heat the unopened inner bag in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
[When heating in a microwave] Approximate time: 1 minute 30 seconds at 500W, 1 minute 20 seconds at 600W
1. Open the inner bag and transfer the contents to a deep, heat-resistant container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat.
2. After heating, pour over freshly boiled spaghetti (approximately 100g of dry pasta is recommended).

- Be careful not to get burned when opening or transferring the contents.
- Be careful as the contents may scatter when opening.
- Be careful not to cut your hand on the cut edge when opening the bag. If it is difficult to open, use scissors.
- Once opened, use the entire contents at once.
- Cooking time and wattage may vary slightly depending on your microwave model, so adjust accordingly.
- After heating in the microwave, be careful of scattering contents or steam when removing the plastic wrap.
- The black specks are black pepper.
