注意）商品に対する悪い評価がありますが使い方によるものです。商品が温まらない理由は「説明書通り、使用前に100V設定を行っていない事」「専用の鍋以外の鍋を使用している事」の２つが主な理由です。電圧設定240Vでも電源は入りますが温度が上がりません。日本国内で使用する場合は100Vの設定にしてください。また、専用以外の鍋を使用した場合は鍋と本体との密着が悪く鍋が温まる前に本体温度が熱くなり過ぎ、温度過昇防止安全装置が働きます。使用前には説明書をよく読んでからご使用下さい。
