■How to Consume

This product is a food item; you can take it at any time. For a typical diet, please consume 2 to 3 packets per day as a guideline.

To prepare, put one packet (5g) into about 200cc of milk, water, or lukewarm water, and quickly and thoroughly stir with a spoon or muddler before eating. Then, drink an additional amount of water (or tea) equivalent to another serving.

Additionally, shaking the mixture in a shaker makes it even more delicious. If you do not have a shaker, you can use a wide-mouth plastic bottle. When using, be sure to close the cap tightly and handle carefully. Do not use boiling water.

- The key is to drink plenty of fluids.
- When mixed with milk, it tastes even better.
- You can customize the flavor by adding ingredients like roasted soybean flour or honey, or prepare it in a "Karamimochi-style" by mixing with grated daikon and soy sauce.
- If left standing, it will solidify into a soft jelly. You can add Calpis or juice, chill, and enjoy as a jelly. In that case, eat with a spoon.
- Feel free to experiment with different recipes to enjoy it deliciously according to your taste.

■Precautions for Use

- This product is a coarse powder with black or brown particles mixed in, but since it is seed husk of Plantago, you can use it safely.
- When using, be sure to drink two full cups of water, milk, or other liquids in a cup before consuming. Insufficient water intake may cause bloating or constipation, so increasing water consumption is the key.
- Do not put the powder directly into your mouth, as it may cause choking.
- Although this is a natural food, discontinue use if it does not suit your body.
- Keep out of reach of children.
