原材料・成分
[ウコン(うこん)] ウコンは熱帯アジア原産のショウガ科ウコン属の多年草。春にピンクの花を咲かせる春ウコンと、秋に白い花を咲かせる秋ウコンがあります。春ウコンは鮮やかな黄色で辛味と苦味あり、秋ウコンはダイダイ色で苦味がありません。秋ウコンは従来カレー粉として利用されており、洋名ターメリックとも呼ばれます。黄色い色素であるクルクミンや精油成分を含んでいます。
