【Usage Instructions】
【How to Consume】
(1) Put one pack (5g) into about 200cc of milk, soy milk, or water, and quickly and thoroughly stir with a spoon or muddler before drinking. Then, drink an additional glass of water (or tea).
(2) To taste, you may flavor with honey, kinako (roasted soybean flour), juice, yogurt, ground sesame, or experiment with other recipes to enjoy it deliciously.
(3) If left as is, it will solidify into a soft jelly, so you may also flavor it and eat with a spoon.
(4) Please consume this product approximately 2 to 3 times a day as part of a normal diet. Since it is a food, you can consume it at any time.
(5) It can be enjoyed as ice, hot (30-40°C), or at any time.
(6) Shaking in a shaker makes it even more delicious. If you do not have a shaker, use a small wide-mouth container with commercial beverage water.
