"Healthy Chazuke"
Add nori seaweed, soy sauce, a little wasabi, and Coix Seed Alpha instead of arare (puffed rice crackers) to rice, then pour hot tea over it for "Healthy Chazuke."

"Healthy Okayu"
Add a small amount of Coix Seed Alpha to rice and slowly cook over low heat to make okayu (rice porridge). Add a little soy sauce, nori seaweed, and katsuobushi (bonito flakes), then add a raw egg for a nutritious and healthy okayu.

〈When making tea〉

1. For those who prefer a stronger taste:
