■ How to ConsumeAs part of your regular diet, consume 1 to 2 servings per day as a guideline.
This product is a food item, so you can consume it at any time. Dissolve one lightly heaping teaspoon (approximately 2.5g-3.0g) into about 100cc of milk, soy milk, or water. Stir quickly and thoroughly with a spoon or muddler before consuming.
