■ How to EnjoyAdjust the amount of water to your preference.This product is a food item, so you can consume it at any time.
■ When Brewing in a PotAdd 1 bag to approximately 400-600cc of boiling water and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes or longer. Drink in several portions throughout the day.
■ For Iced TeaAfter brewing, let it cool, transfer to a PET bottle or water pitcher, and chill in the refrigerator before drinking.
■ When Brewing with Cold WaterPlace 1 bag in a water pitcher, add about 500cc of water, and refrigerate for about 1 hour to make cold black soybean burdock tea. It becomes even more delicious when steeped overnight.
