■ Precautions
The heat deformation point is 80℃, so placing it near fire or hot frying pans may cause softening and deformation.
Boiling with hot water is not permitted.
While it can withstand splashing with hot water, prolonged immersion in high-temperature water is not permitted, as it may cause softening and deformation.
(Reference immersion times: approximately 15 minutes in water around 30℃ or approximately 3 minutes in water at 80℃)
Once a week, remove oil from the surface with detergent or soap, then evenly apply kitchen disinfectant bleach. This will remove yellowing, stains, and dirt, allowing for more hygienic use.
* Please rinse thoroughly with water to remove any chemical odors. Some odor may remain after washing with water, but it will disappear naturally within 2-3 days and is not a problem.
Avoid disinfection/sterilization using hot water or hot air (75℃ or higher, for 10 minutes or longer) in sterilizing storage cabinets or dishwashers.
* Most bacteria are killed at 75℃ or higher for over 1 minute.
* Be aware of the difference between the set temperature and the internal temperature of the appliance.
Temperatures are particularly high near the hot air outlet.
Sterilization with UV light (direct sunlight) can cause the resin to harden and degrade, leading to a shorter lifespan.
Leaning the cutting board against a surface at an angle can cause it to warp. Please store it vertically.
