This is Monster World. The protagonist Arsha, who has just become a warrior, gets involved in a major incident that threatens the existence of the kingdom. Four spirits have been imprisoned by invaders who are plotting to take over this world. Arsha, who received the order to rescue the spirits from Queen Praprill, sets out on an adventure with a mysterious creature named Pepelogoo, whom she meets in the royal capital Rapadana. Arsha works together with Pepelogoo to overcome various difficulties. Will the two of them be able to save this world?

This work is a full 3D remake of the original 2D side-scrolling action game "Monster World IV," greatly enhancing the visuals and refining the gameplay. Especially in the event scenes with enhanced production, the worldview and story are vividly recreated. Furthermore, for the first time in the series, it features voice acting! Popular voice actress Ai Fileuz provided voices for Arsha and 29 other characters.

For this remake, under the leadership of Ryuichi Nishizawa, the creator of the "Wonder Boy" series, the original staff who belonged to the former Westonbit Entertainment company have reunited to develop the game. Maki Osora designed the characters specifically for this work, and Shinichi Sakamoto produced the arrangement of BGM and added sound effects. The high level of gameplay and action characteristic of the series has been carefully supervised to ensure it is preserved.
