彫金・宝飾の作業の際に、作品に必要な寸法の線を作るためにお使いいただける超硬線引き板です。
地金の丸線を火であぶり柔らかくして（これを「なます」と言います。
）、穴の中を通して引っ張り出します。
大きな穴から徐々に小さい穴に移行していって、太さを調整していきます。
本製品では、最も小さい穴で、太さ2mm以下の線までを作ることができます。
作業中に、地金が固くなった場合は、途中で地金をなまして下さい。
なましていない固まった地金を使ったり、太い線をいきなり細い穴に通すなどの無理な作業は、地金の破損が生じたり、線引き板自体の劣化につながります。
「使い方」必要な地金を用意し、ローラー や金鎚などを使って細い線を作ります。
線の先端を、線引き板に通しやすい様にヤスリで細く削ります。
地金の線を線引き板の穴に通し、少し飛び出た所をエンマなどで挟み、引っ張り出します。
