**Japanese Stab Binding (Watoji)** is a traditional Japanese bookbinding technique. It involves sewing the paper with thread to integrate the cover and spine into one piece.
The carefully hand-sewn notebooks feature a gentle opening feel and develop a rich, familiar texture with use.Because they are securely sewn with thread, pages are less likely to fall out, allowing for long-term use.
