Children 7 to under 11 years: 1 tablet per dose, 1 to 3 times a day. Children 3 to under 7 years: 1 tablet per dose, 1 to 2 times a day. Dissolve in the mouth or chew before swallowing after meals. If taking twice a day, take in the morning and evening; if three times a day, take in the morning, noon, and evening.
