Approximately 700g of pickled shallots can be made with 500ml of this product.
● How to Pickle ShallotsTrim the tops and bottoms of fresh shallots, wash them with water, and immerse them in boiling water while stirring (10-20 seconds).Drain well in a colander, and once cooled, pickle them.They will be lightly pickled in 10 days, and fully pickled in about 20 days.
● How to Make PicklesDilute this product with cooled boiled water at a ratio of 1:1.Sliced onions can be eaten after 1 hour, and bell peppers after 1 day.
● As a SeasoningCombine with other seasonings for marinades, nanbanzuke (sweet and sour fried fish), lightly simmered dishes, dressings, and sweet and sour sauces.
