【使用方法】
(1)温水と冷水を用意します。
(2)マウスピースを温水に30秒間程度浸けます。
※温水が高温すぎると上手に仕上がらない場合がありますのでご注意下さい。
(2)マウスピースを温水から取り出し、前歯にはめ込み指で押し型をとります。
(3)形成が完成したら取り出し、冷水に浸けます。
(4)再度前歯にはめ込み確認します。噛み合わせが悪い場合は(1)からやり直してください。
(6)最後に後端や上端がはみ出ている場合ははさみ等で切り取り完成です。
