Soken-sha Vegetable Bouillon is a convenient granular type bouillon (stick individually wrapped) that concentrates the flavor of seven types of vegetables.
It contains no animal-derived ingredients and is made solely from plant materials.

Vegetable Soup (serves 2 with 1 packet)
1. Open one packet into a bowl.2. Pour 300 ml of hot water (adjust the amount of hot water according to your preference).3. Stir lightly and enjoy.
In addition to soup, it can be used in stews, stuffed cabbage rolls, curries, pilaf, risotto, fried rice, pasta, gratin, as a seasoning for dressings, or as a flavoring for hamburger patties.
