**Usage Instructions****How to Use:**1. Pass your arm through the supporter starting from the side with the "V" mark, ensuring the X-shaped knit is positioned on the inside of the elbow.2. Adjust the supporter so that the X-shaped knit sits over the crease of the elbow. With your arm slightly bent, stretch the supporter well to ensure there is no slack.* Always wear the supporter directly against the skin.* Please note that if the positioning is incorrect, the supporter will not function properly.
**Precautions for Use:*** **Do not use if you:**1. Have an abnormality in the affected area immediately after an injury such as a sprain, fracture, or ligament damage.2. Have or are suspected of having peripheral circulatory disorders.3. Have abnormalities such as wounds, swelling, or eczema at the site of wear.4. Have chronic dermatitis or allergies to synthetic fibers or rubber materials.* Do not use on any body part other than the specified area.* Do not use a size that does not fit.* Do not use while sleeping.* If the following symptoms appear during or after use, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician: rash, irritation, congestion, abnormal pain, or swelling.
**Storage and Handling Precautions:*** Do not place near fire or in high-temperature locations.* Keep out of reach of children.* Follow the washing instructions, as improper handling may impair durability.* Hand wash whenever possible. When using a washing machine, place the supporter in a laundry net.* Color fading may occur during initial washes; please wash separately.* Avoid forced drying such as tumble dryers or irons.* Note that the supporter may tear if worn incorrectly or if strong force is applied to specific areas.

**How to Choose the Size**Measure the circumference of the thickest part of the forearm.* If your measurement falls between two sizes, the larger size is recommended.
